Pilot project on Mednet Adherence Support Service (MASS)

Mednet have been assisting a pilot scheme for a Trust to improve adherence to medication. The Account Manager is engaged in managing and monitoring the telephone support aspects of the scheme and ensuring that weekly reports analysing figures and outcomes are compiled and sent to provide feedback. There has been a rise in number of patients enrolling for the service. Mednet plans to add more service extensions in the future and enhance monitoring of the outcomes on a regular basis to be shared with the Trust.
